Discovery & Content


Whether your project is small or large, the discovery process is critical. We will begin our working relationship with questions about your budget and your business and how you want people to perceive the importance of what you do - your BRAND.

We will also involve you in the process of building and creating the content of your website and any other promotional materials that might be needed.

Proposal


Depending on the complexity of your project (small projects can still be complex) we will provide you a mock-up and proposal of completing the work and a time frame in which it will happen.

The proposal will also include what we will deliver to you - brochure, photographs with prints or digital files, website, etc.

Delivery & Feedback

As outlined in the proposal, we will deliver the final product to you. This may sound simple but our process includes making sure that all the details have been addressed.
Modifications

The price we quote you includes up to 2 modifications (after all, we are all allowed to change our minds). This would include new or modified content, use of different pictures previously taken or submitted and minor changes to the layout. Additional changes would be charged at a fee of $75 / hr.
Site Maintenance

We can give you the ability to update your website at any time, or you can ask us to do that for you for a nominal monthly fee.

Discovery

This is the most important phase because it establishes the nature of our working relationship during the project. We will ask questions about your business to undestand how best to exceed your needs.
Proposal & Concept


From the discovery process we will provide you with recommendations on the best course of action, often supplying multiple solutions with different price points.


A signature from you initiates a project "kick-off" meeting which will include members from our partner, Insyntrix

Concept Development


During the project kick-off meeting, both teams are introduced and a schedule of initial and future action items are established.

 

Typically we then produce three unique compositions establishing the main idea and "feel" for the project.


The ideas are presented to you and through any revisions are narrowed down to a final choice.

Alpha Prototype

 Once the script has been approved for each section, Enjanra and Insyntrix provide you with a proof of concept deliverable. This acts as the first step in showing key navigation and/or layouts in action.


The Alpha version represents a working example of every major screen type, feature set and navigational flow.

Beta Version


This is where the product takes its final form. All content has been approved and all resulting production work has been implemented for the entire project.


It is also where complete testing begins. We call it "eating your own dogfood". Depending on the project, this can take less than a day or many weeks. The project stays in Beta until it is signed off as complete by you.

Delivery & Feedback

 Delivery seems like an easy next step, but experience has shown that this is where the last minute details can be overlooked.

We help coordinate all the intangible logistics.
Site Maintenance


We realize that your webiste is never static and needs attention to details as well as ensuring the best visibility in Search Engines.
